CAÑO NEGRO WILDLIFE REFUGE / FULL DAY TOUR

We offer this tour for a full day, with a boat ride in the morning and another in the afternoon, maximum capacity 6 people, it is a private tour, with captain and local guide.

Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge was declared a Ramsar site in 1991. Its rainy tropical climate is suitable for many species of mammals and more than 300 different species of birds, making it perfect for birdwatching and photography of many species. It covers an area of 10,170 hectares of lagoons and wetlands. Fishing tours are also available. This refuge is located less than 2 hours from La Fortuna, or 2.5 hours from our location. We offer transportation and guided tours.

The tour times would be: in the morning 7:00am to 10:30am

And also in the afternoon from 2:00pm to 5:30pm
